Progressive Leasing is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Digital Self Services to own and optimize customer-facing digital experiences. You will guide product strategy, partner with design and engineering, and lead initiatives that improve self-service, payment flows, and account management across web and mobile.

The role allows work-from-home in the continental US or at Utah/Arizona locations. You will apply data-driven decision-making and strong communication to align stakeholders and deliver

Formación

• 5–7 years of software product management experience.
• Experience owning post-approval or account-management products in a consumer digital environment.
• Ability to design and iterate on self-service experiences across web and mobile.
• Experience configuring AI chatbot workflows for self-service resolution.
• Familiarity with financial services/fintech, payment flows, and regulatory context.
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify problems, mitigate risk, and validate solutions via research.
• Establish iterative release schedules delivering value on time.
• Test, measure, and iterate product experiences to reduce friction.
• Analyze performance of product features and report results.
