Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Digital Self Services to lead the design and delivery of self-service digital experiences for customers across web and mobile. This role focuses on reducing customer effort, increasing autonomy, and leveraging data to inform product decisions within a fintech context.

You will own and evolve post-approval or account-management product areas, work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, and drive AI chatbot workflows

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management.
• Experience owning and managing post-approval or account management products in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Ability to design and iterate on self-service experiences that reduce customer effort and increase autonomy across web and mobile.
• Experience configuring or optimizing AI chatbot workflows to support self-service customer resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap by meeting with internal stakeholders and customers to continuously improve the post-approval customer experience.
• Lead cross functional initiatives to identify business problems, mitigate risk, and validate proposed solutions through customer and market research.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria that articulate desired product functionality.
• Establish in partnership with dependent teams an iterative release schedule that delivers value and features to customers, on time and as promised.
