Job summary

Prog Leasing, LLC is hiring a Senior Product Manager - Digital Self Services to grow our self‑service experiences across web and mobile. This is a remote role open to candidates in the continental US, with potential locations in Utah or Arizona, and a focus on delivering data‑driven, customer‑centric product improvements.

You will own the product roadmap, translate business needs into clear use cases, collaborate with engineering and design, and measure impact with analytics.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in software product management in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Ability to design and iterate self-service experiences that reduce customer effort and increase autonomy across web and mobile.
• Experience configuring or optimizing AI chatbot workflows to support self-service customer resolution.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to solve difficult problems by bringing innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap by meeting with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate solutions through research.
