Job summary

Kit is a remote-first email marketing platform powering creators who build, publish, and grow audiences. We enable editors, forms, landing pages, and newsletters to be fast, on-brand, and delightful at scale for hundreds of thousands of creators.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales, shaping product strategy and go‑to‑market alignment while mentoring peers across Kit.

Qualifications

• 6-9+ years in product management with ownership of a core, revenue‑driving product area.
• Proven track record building high quality software—ideally including editors or content/publishing surfaces.
• Deep experience with content creation online.
• Partnered closely with design to drive long‑term vision for a product area, including hands‑on involvement in craft and visual polish.

Responsibilities

• First Week: Dive into Kit's product ecosystem (Builders surfaces) and learn key tools like Linear, Mixpanel, and Omni.
• First Month: Build rituals, dive into products, meet with a customer, and ship your first feature with cross‑functional partners.
• First Six Months: Establish a POV on how we win in the industry and align engineers and teams to progress toward goals.
• First Year: Lead major initiatives from conception through to successful launch and measurable impact.
