Job summary

Kit is a 100% remote, email-first operating system for creators. We seek a part-time project manager/producer to own intake, triage, scheduling, and block removal for the Brand Studio, building systems to improve planning and capacity.

You’ll work with a cross-functional team across marketing and creative directions, using Notion and Claude Code to scale workflows. The role reports to the Creative Director and involves phased ramp-up over the first three months, with ongoing optimization of

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a project management, production, or creative operations role.
• Experience managing intake and prioritization across a high volume of requests from multiple internal stakeholders.
• Track record of building or improving project management systems, not just maintaining them.
• Experience using no-code or AI-assisted tools to build lightweight internal tools or automations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketers, designers, and creative directors to align on scope and timelines.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment where documentation and async communication do a lot of the heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Get into Notion and learn how the Brand Studio currently operates; shadow intake and meet teammates and stakeholders.
• Own intake triage and ensure briefs are complete; shadow sprint planning for the first sprint and lead the second.
• Identify patterns in work and propose additions to the brand asset menu; build improvements to capacity planning tools using AI.
• Refine sprint planning processes and capacity planning; hold team to deadlines and surface blockers.
