Job summary

Kit is a fully remote email marketing platform helping creators grow audiences and monetize their work. We seek a Senior Product Manager to own core publishing surfaces used by creators to build templates, landing pages, and forms, delivering fast, flexible and delightful experiences.

You will own end-to-end product areas, align with cross-functional teams, and shape strategy to drive growth for creators and subscribers.

Qualifications

• 6-9+ years in product management with ownership of a core, revenue-driving product area.
• Proven track record building high quality, scaled software — ideally editors or content/publishing surfaces.
• Deep experience with content creation online.
• Partnered closely with design to drive long-term vision for a product area, including hands-on involvement in craft and visual polish.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product surfaces—from opportunity identification to shipping features impacting creators and subscribers.
• Identify opportunities to improve core publishing surfaces (email templates, landing pages, forms, newsletter sites).
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, success and sales to ship features and measure impact.
• Set a clear POV on how Kit wins in the creator economy and define success metrics for the team.
