Jobgether seeks a Senior Product Manager based in the United States to lead product innovation at the intersection of technology, service design, and operational transformation in education and healthcare. You will own platform experiences connecting districts with clinicians and drive AI-enabled matching and capacity management while safeguarding data privacy and FERPA compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with complex systems, two-sided marketplaces, or enterprise workflow transformations.
• Strong discovery and analytical skills for non-technical users.
• Expertise in service design and blueprinting across customer interactions and internal processes.
• Experience designing end-to-end workflows with user-centered design and JTBD.
• Proven ability to design human-in-the-loop systems with decision-support tools.
• Experience making build-versus-buy decisions and integrating with enterprise platforms.
• Strong execution and cross-functional leadership in delivering major releases.
• Familiarity with metrics like fulfillment, throughput, and utilization.
• Willing to travel up to 10% and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service blueprinting and journey mapping across districts, clinicians, and data flows.
• Conduct discovery with operations to replace manual workarounds with scalable product capabilities.
• Define user needs and JTBD, designing intuitive internal tools for non-technical users.
• Architect human-and-technology workflows with automation and decision-support interfaces.
• Own strategy for clinician-to-referral matching and capacity management.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy options and lead integration with enterprise platforms.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities while ensuring FERPA compliance.
• Partner with Operations to support implementation and adoption post-launch.
• Define and track outcomes like fulfillment rates and throughput.
• Lead agile engineering with cross-functional delivery across stakeholders.
• Align roadmap with senior leadership for short-term and scalable long-term goals.
• Continuously refine workflows based on feedback to boost adoption and impact.
