• Track record of shipping and maintaining production software used by real people.
• Ability to take an idea to production across data model, backend, frontend, integrations, and deployment.
• Experience using AI coding agents to drive development quality.

Responsabilidades

• Own the platform end-to-end from idea to production.
• Talk to clinicians, care teams, and members to learn what matters and translate it into features.
• Ship weekly improvements; ensure reliability, security, and user delight.
