Job summary

Presence in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Fulfillment & Operational Transformation to own platform experiences, workflows, and the matching engine that links school districts with clinicians. You will reduce manual work, design scalable AI-enabled processes, and partner with operations to map friction points across a two-sided marketplace.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience in complex systems or marketplaces.
Deep empathy for operators and strong discovery skills.
UX acumen for internal tools and non-technical users.
Execution leadership and cross-functional delivery capabilities.
Fluency with business metrics and operational KPIs.
Systems integration and build-vs-buy experience.
Awareness of AI tools and responsible-use concepts.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead service blueprinting and end-to-end journey mapping across frontstage and backstage.
Streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and enable scalable product features.
Define Jobs-to-be-Done and design intuitive internal user experiences.
Architect human + tech interactions with HITL and decision-support interfaces.
Navigate build vs. buy decisions and integrate with enterprise tools.
Scale clinician-to-referral matching, scheduling, and capacity management.
Identify AI-enabled workflow transformations that protect governance and FERPA.
