Job summary

Figma is seeking a Product Designer to join the Design Systems team, building and evolving shared patterns across Figma’s products to deliver a cohesive experience. This role focuses on scalable design systems that work across multiple products and teams.

You will collaborate with product management, engineering, and other design teams to define a clear vision for patterns and ensure consistent implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Design Systems designer.
• Experience in multi-product environments across teams.
• Ability to translate concepts into scalable design solutions.
• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and design teams.
• Proficiency in communicating design decisions with production-quality concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and vision for shared design patterns across products.
• Collaborate with PM, Eng, and design teams to implement components.
• Create and refine design system components, flows, and visuals.
• Drive adoption and ongoing improvements of the design system.
