Job summary

Figma is seeking a Product Designer for the Design Systems team to build and evolve shared patterns across our multi-product platform. This role focuses on delivering a cohesive and approachable experience for users, regardless of the product they are using.

You will collaborate with product management, engineering, and other design teams to define patterns, create flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visuals, and to drive adoption of the design system across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Design Systems designer.
• Experience in multi-product environments.
• Ability to create simple, scalable design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cross-product design system strategy.
• Define and communicate shared design patterns.
