Figma is seeking a product designer to shape how teams build together. You will design end-to-end experiences, translate complex systems into intuitive workflows, and prototype ideas with engineers and researchers.

You’ll contribute to platform strategy and help iteratively improve design quality across products. The role emphasizes craft, systems thinking, and collaboration, with opportunities to ship foundational CMS experiences for millions of creators worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity.
• Ability to translate complex systems into intuitive experiences and prototype early ideas.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship end-to-end experiences that organize, manage, and deliver content across Figma products.
• Collaborate with engineers to shape platform capabilities and technical infrastructure.
• Translate technically complex systems into intuitive user experiences.
• Prototype early to validate concepts and communicate design decisions.
• Contribute to product strategy by blending customer insights with technical understanding.
• Work with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers throughout the process.
• Provide thoughtful feedback and mentorship to raise the team's quality.
