BILL is seeking a Product Designer to join the Integrated Experiences team, shaping digital web and mobile solutions with a strategic, execution-focused mindset. You will leverage 12 years of human-centered design across all development phases and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align decisions with business goals.
The role is remote-eligible in the United States with offices in San Jose and Draper.
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience applying human-centered design to digital and mobile product experiences across all development phases.
- Experience leading multiple agile teams and aligning design, product, and business roadmaps.
- Ability to navigate complex design challenges and create consistent design language.
- Deep understanding of user needs, trends, and competitive landscape in fintech.
- Strong data-backed decision making to balance user needs with business goals.
- Excellent communication to articulate design rationale to diverse audiences.
- Growth mindset with customer empathy to build inclusive experiences.
- Experience working with banking, loan, spend & expense, or similar financial products.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, iterate, and launch web and mobile experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product strategy.
- Lead design reviews and ensure accessibility and usability standards.
- Analyze user data to inform design decisions.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable design systems for BILL's products.
