Job summary

Gladly is seeking a senior product designer to own the Agent Harness, the AI surface where teams build, test, launch, monitor, and improve agents. Youll influence both the agent side and the customer-facing configuration tools, raising the bar for quality across interfaces created by engineers and AI.

This role is a broad, senior IC position in a fully remote environment, requiring strong judgment, cross‑functional collaboration, and a track record designing AI-driven UX with emphasis on clarity

Qualifications

• Strong generalist portfolio spanning complex workflow tools and AI surfaces.
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and design tooling in daily workflow.
• Experience designing for AI-native products with focus on trust and control.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end product design for the Agent Harness including research, flows, interaction and visual design.
• Maintain the shared design library and guidelines across teams.
• Lead undefined problems by identifying real issues and proposing concrete designs.
