Job summary

Staritas is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Manager to measure product performance and deliver actionable insights that support product strategy and business objectives. This role partners with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and other stakeholders to define key metrics, evaluate customer behavior, and drive data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, maintaining KPIs, analyzing usage trends, and building business cases with ROI analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in analytics, statistics, information systems, CS, healthcare informatics, or related field.
• 5+ years in product analytics, BI, data analytics, or related roles.
• Experience with predictive analytics, AI or ML concepts and dashboards.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs and executive reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports and analytics to monitor product adoption, engagement and outcomes.
• Define and maintain product performance metrics, KPIs and reporting standards.
• Analyze customer behavior and usage trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support roadmap prioritization and strategic planning with data-driven insights.
• Develop business cases, forecasts and ROI analyses for product initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and Leadership to evaluate success and business impact.
• Ensure accuracy of product reporting and data governance practices.
• Support predictive analytics and AI-driven initiatives and advanced reporting as applicable.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
