Staritas is seeking a Product Manager to drive analytics, AI-enabled decision-support solutions for healthcare. This fully remote role in the United States partners with customers and cross-functional teams to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Define the product roadmap for analytics platforms, lead customer discovery, and oversee Agile delivery. You'll work with Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science to deliver data-driven capabilities and dashboards that drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5-7 years of healthcare product management experience.
• Experience with analytics, BI, decision support, or data-driven product development.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in customer research and Voice of Customer programs.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the product roadmap for analytics and decision-support solutions.
• Partner with customers to understand challenges, gather feedback, and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science teams to deliver AI-powered capabilities.
• Lead customer discovery, Voice of Customer programs, and usability testing.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, benchmarks, recommendations, and workflow solutions.
• Manage product backlogs, requirements, and Agile delivery processes.
• Support product launches, customer presentations, and go-to-market initiatives.
