Job summary

Bold is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to provide critical insights to product teams and executive leadership. You will analyze product performance, build models, and develop scalable dashboards to guide strategy and decisions.

In this role, you will partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Finance, own key analytics initiatives, and communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. A strong statistics background and proficiency in SQL, Python/R are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quantitative data analysis experience, preferably in internet/tech.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to drive critical business decisions.
• Robust understanding of statistics with the ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Math, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative field with academic excellence.
• Proven track record of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Python/R.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or other front-end analytical platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities for improving our products.
• Build advanced models and analytics tools to boost product insights/recommendations.
• Proactively come up with data-driven insights and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
• Analyze A/B tests to drive user conversion and engagement.
• Develop dashboards to inform business decisions with automation and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance.
