Hipcamp, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our Analytics team. You will embed with the Host Camp to understand Hosts' problems, uncover growth opportunities, and guide strategic decisions by tying data to action.

You will co-design experiments, interpret model outputs, and use AI to accelerate exploration and automate repetitive tasks, delivering actionable insights to product and operations teams.

Qualifications

• >6+ years in product, growth, or marketing analytics.
• ">Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• ">Solid statistics; design and read experiments; distinguish signal from noise.
• ">ML literacy to interpret model output and fold into analysis.
• ">Storytelling and clear communication; translate analysis into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Operations to shape strategy for the Host Camp by uncovering growth opportunities, developing hypotheses, and making the analytical case for focus.
• Co-design experiments, using model outputs and statistics to shape smarter tests and iterate quickly.
• Keep the Camp's key performance metrics visible and accessible.
• Use AI throughout your analytical workflow to accelerate exploration and automate repetitive work.
• Partner with Data Engineering to build our AI-powered analytics platform with reusable workflows.
