Job summary

eHub is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive data-informed product strategy and operational insights in a fast-growing logistics technology environment. You will partner with Product, Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, Leadership, and AI initiatives to identify opportunities and deliver measurable impact.

The role emphasizes analytics maturity, mentoring junior analysts, and shaping KPIs and dashboards to inform executive decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, data analytics, or related roles.
Strong SQL and analytical skills.
Experience with BI and visualization tools (Domo, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and storytelling to stakeholders.
Experience working with Product, Operations, or business leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer, operational, product, and fulfillment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Design and evaluate experiments, feature performance, customer adoption trends, and operational outcomes.
Partner with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to influence roadmap prioritization and strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
