Bold is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to deliver critical insights to business partners and the executive team. You will shape product strategy through high quality data, advanced analytics, and attention to detail.

You will own product performance analytics, AB testing, dashboards, and data governance in collaboration with Engineering and BI teams. Strong SQL, statistics, and Python/R skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quantitative data analysis experience, ideally in tech or internet.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for business decisions.
• Strong statistical foundation and ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Degree in math, engineering, statistics, or other quantitative field with excellence.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in Python or R and BI tools (Tableau/Looker).
• Experience with front-end analytics platforms (GA, Mixpanel).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities to improve products.
• Build advanced models and analytics tools to boost product insights.
• Proactively generate data-driven insights and present to stakeholders.
• Analyze AB tests to improve conversion and engagement.
• Develop dashboards to inform decisions with scalable automation.
