Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to deliver high-quality analyses that influence our product strategy and executive decisions. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance to surface actionable insights, build models, and automate dashboards for scalable decision-making.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of quantitative analysis, strong SQL, statistics, Python/R, and BI expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience performing quantitative data analysis, preferably for internet/tech companies.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to drive critical business decisions.
• Solid understanding of statistics with ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Math, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative field with academic excellence.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey insights to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Python/R and BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar front-end analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities to improve our products.
• Build advanced models and analytics tools to boost product insights and recommendations.
• Proactively provide data-driven insights and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Analyze A/B tests to drive user conversion and engagement.
• Develop dashboards to inform business decisions with emphasis on automation and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance.
