Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to provide critical insights for product strategy and executive support. You will analyze product performance, build analytics tools, and communicate data-driven recommendations to business partners.

The role emphasizes automation, scalability, and close collaboration with Engineering and BI teams. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of quantitative experience, strong SQL, statistics, and Python/R skills, plus experience with Tableau/Looker

Qualifications

7+ years of quantitative data analysis experience.
Ability to write complex SQL queries for critical decisions.
Robust understanding of statistics with ability to explain concepts.
Bachelors or Masters in Math, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative field.
Proven track record of handling multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with Python or R.
Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
Experience with Google Analytics or Mixpanel.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities for improving products.
Build advanced models and analytics tools to boost product insights/recommendations.
Proactively provide data-driven insights and communicate to stakeholders.
Analyze A/B tests to drive user conversion and engagement.
