Job summary

Bold is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to provide critical insights for product strategy and to support executive decision-making. You’ll lead analyses, build models, and communicate findings to business partners with a focus on automation and scalability.

You will partner with Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Finance to drive impact across the product lifecycle, backed by robust data and modern analytics tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience doing quantitative data analysis in internet/tech settings.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to drive critical business decisions.
• Strong statistics knowledge with ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's in math, engineering, statistics, or other quantitative field with academic excellence.
• Proven track record of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Python or R.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with Google Analytics or Mixpanel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover opportunities to improve products.
• Build advanced models and analytics tools to boost product insights and recommendations.
• Proactively derive data-driven insights and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Analyze A/B tests to drive user conversion and engagement.
• Develop dashboards to inform business decisions with automated, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance.
