Job summary

Bold is hiring a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to provide critical insights and support for executive decision-making. You will influence product strategy with high-quality analyses, advanced analytics, and a rigorous attention to detail.

You’ll serve as the go-to expert for product performance, insights, and strategy. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of quantitative analytics experience, strong SQL, statistics, and proficiency in Python or R, plus BI tools like Tableau or Looker.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quantitative data analysis experience.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Strong understanding of statistics and ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with strong academics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover product improvement opportunities.
• Build advanced models and analytics tools for product insights.
• Proactively provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyze A/B tests to drive user conversion and engagement.
• Develop dashboards to inform business decisions with automation and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance.
