Qualifications

• 7+ years of quantitative data analysis experience.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Robust understanding of statistics with ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field with academic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities for improving our products.
• Build advanced models and analytics tools to boost product insights.
• Proactively provide data-driven insights and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
• Analyze AB tests to drive user conversion and engagement.
• Develop dashboards to inform business decisions with automation and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance.
