Bold is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to deliver critical insights for product strategy and executive decision-making. You will own analyses, build predictive models, and partner with product, marketing, and engineering to drive measurable outcomes.

The candidate will leverage Python/R, SQL, and BI tools to craft scalable dashboards and analytics solutions, influencing product direction and performance across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quantitative data analysis experience (internet/tech preferred).
• Strong SQL writing for business-critical decisions.
• Solid statistics foundation with ability to translate concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Math, Engineering, Statistics, or related field with academic excellence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive business impact.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Python or R and BI tools (Tableau/Looker).
• Experience with analytics platforms (GA, Mixpanel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analyses to uncover opportunities to improve products.
• Build advanced models and analytics tools for product insights.
• Proactively generate data-driven insights and present to stakeholders.
• Analyze A/B tests to drive user conversion and engagement.
• Develop dashboards for decision-making with emphasis on automation and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance.
