RTX is seeking a remote Procurement Specialist in the United States to manage supplier relationships, drive cost reductions, and ensure timely delivery for high-dollar purchase orders. The role emphasizes RFQs/RFPs/RFIs, price analysis, and negotiation in regulated environments.

Typically requiring a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, the position endorses SAP-based workflows and remote work options within the US. Applicants should be U.S.

• Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS or within regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation or automotive.

• Manage Supplier Relationship, Development, and Performance.
• Drive the success of meeting business factory MRP and financial requirements.
• Drive the success for metrics, Late to Place, Late to Dock, Delinquent Material, etc.
• Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements to drive flawless supplier execution for RMD programs and projects.
• Perform subcontract management of high dollar purchase orders utilizing integrated supply chain models in compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Preparation of solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, RFI, and IDIQ.
• Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques.
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms).
• Place Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity.
• Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems.
