Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Denver, CO is seeking a Purchasing Operations Specialist to support the PO lifecycle, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely purchasing activities under our flexible on-site policy.

The ideal candidate will have a 2–5 year track record in procurement or accounting support, strong Office 365 skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams), and experience with ERP systems such as Yardi to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing operations, or accounting support.
• Familiarity with procure-to-pay processes and basic purchasing workflows.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with internal teams and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ERP systems (Yardi preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the PO lifecycle, including initiation, tracking, and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to smooth purchasing workflows.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls; escalate issues as needed.
• Generate reports on purchasing activities, vendor performance, and PO status.
• Assist process-improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies.
• Act as point of contact for routine vendor and PO inquiries and track approvals.
