Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of statistical programming experience in a clinical trial setting.
• Deep expertise in SAS programming for complex analyses and regulatory deliverables.
• Proficiency in R programming and modern data analysis techniques.
• Experience with CDISC standards and regulatory submissions.
• Ability to lead complex programming initiatives and mentor staff.
• Strong coordination skills across biostatistics, data management, and study teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programming deliverables across multiple studies and programs.
• Design, validate, and oversee analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
• Develop and standardize DMC macros and programming best practices.
• Provide oversight to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency.
• Drive programming standards and process improvements across teams.
• Collaborate with biostatistics and study teams on trial designs and analyses.
• Mentor junior staff and support skill development.
• Support regulatory submissions and inspection readiness with programming input.
