Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• 8–10 years of statistical programming experience in a clinical trial environment.
• Deep SAS programming expertise with regulatory deliverables.
• Proficiency in R programming is required.
• Experience mentoring staff and coordinating biostatistical projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical expert in statistical programming across studies.
• Design, validate, and oversee complex programming deliverables (tables, listings, figures).
• Lead development and standardization of DMC macros and programming standards.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency.
• Drive programming standards, best practices, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with biostatistics and study teams on trial designs and reporting.
• Mentor programming staff and support skill development.
• Coordinate with IT for SAS environments and system validation.
• Support regulatory submissions and inspection readiness.
