BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Manager for Pricing Strategy & Analytics to drive pricing strategy and execution across plasma donation centers. You will combine advanced analytics with ownership of pricing decisions, focusing on how pricing/incentives influence donor behavior and translating insights into clear recommendations.

Expect collaboration with Operations, IT, and Data teams to ensure timely updates, while prioritizing applied analytics over dashboard development.

Formación

• Pricing or revenue management experience where pricing directly influences demand or incentives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, pricing, forecasting, or strategy with business impact.
• Ability to connect data insights to business context and explain drivers.
• Action-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze donor behavior, demand patterns, and cost metrics to identify pricing opportunities and recommend incentives.
• Evaluate pricing and promotional initiatives using structured analysis and experimentation frameworks to measure impact.
• Conduct elasticity analysis and scenario modeling to understand trade-offs between pricing, donor volume and cost outcomes.
• Develop forecasting models to project donor behavior and pricing impact for weekly/monthly planning.
• Support design, execution, and evaluation of experiments including A/B tests and pilots to identify effective incentives.
• Own the operational execution of pricing updates by managing backend configurations and ensuring timely changes.
