CVS Health is seeking a Senior Practice Clinical Manager (NP/PA) to lead a clinic team across Ohio region, ensuring high quality clinical practices and financial performance. This full-time role reports to the Area Director and guides provider development and interprofessional collaboration.

The role emphasizes governance, patient safety, process improvement, and distance from home work arrangements. Board-certified NPs or PAs with leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Local to Ohio / Western Pennsylvania
• Current board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant
• Active, unrestricted state license to practice in the advanced practice role
• 5 years of APN/PA experience
• 2 years of managing teams

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for clinic team performance and clinical practice excellence
• Lead provider training, education and development programs
• Collaborate with physicians for interprofessional care delivery
• Monitor clinical, quality and safety metrics and drive improvement
• Ensure compliance with state provider acts and regulatory standards
• Manage regionally delegated services and budget-related responsibilities
