Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.
• At least one year of team lead or supervisory experience in healthcare management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care (60%) and administrative leadership (40%).
• Oversee APP coverage, onboarding, and ongoing on-site training.
• Audit care, charting, and coding/billing; ensure compliance and quality improvements.
