CVS Health is seeking a Senior Practice Manager to lead a regional team of NPs, PAs, and LVNs/LPNs, ensuring clinical quality and financial objectives are met. This full-time leadership role reports to the Area Director and focuses on program development, training, and interprofessional collaboration across clinics in Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.

The role requires board certification as FNP/PA, active state licensure, and at least 5 years of APN/PA experience with 2 years of management.

Formación

• Current board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Active, unrestricted state licensure to practice as FNP or PA.
• Master's degree in FNP or PA studies or equivalent.
• Current National Board Certification and license to practice in Advanced Practice role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinic teams (NPs, PAs, LVNs/LPNs) to achieve clinical quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with State Provider Practice Acts and regulations.
• Manage business metrics, budget, payroll, and travel for region.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
