Qualifikationen

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant.
• Current active, unrestricted state licensure to practice as FNP or PA.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse or PA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams.
• Knowledge of health care financing and strategic management.
• Strong leadership and professional accountability.

Aufgaben

• Achieve clinical quality standards and financial objectives for clinics.
• Lead a team of NPs, PAs, and LVNs/LPNs; oversee provider training and development.
• Ensure compliance with state practice acts and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with quality and patient safety teams on improvement efforts.
• Plan, implement and supervise MC services within the region; manage budgets.
• Provide visionary leadership and foster CVS Health values.
