Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Practice Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team of NPs, PAs, and LVNs/LPNs across clinics in Ohio/Western Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes clinical quality, business performance, and staff development.

You will report to the Area Director and manage budgets, training, and operations. The ideal candidate holds an NP or PA credential with board certification, plus at least 5 years of APN/PA work and 2 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Requires board certification as FNP or PA.
• Active, unrestricted state license to practice.
• 5 years APN/PA experience; 2 years in team management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of health care financing and governance.

Responsibilities
