You will craft pitches, secure national coverage and mentor junior staff, while leveraging AI to enhance efficiency. Regular NYC/NJ area travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience in consumer, lifestyle or CPG space.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong project management and media relations skills.
• Proven day-to-day client lead with top-tier placements.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• Fluency with media databases and monitoring tools; comfortable using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client management and lead earned media work.
• Develop pitches and secure top-tier national coverage.
• Manage media lists and QA outreach before sending.
• Lead brainstorms and contribute fresh angles for campaigns.
• Oversee campaign timelines, budgets and staffing.
• Leverage AI tools for research, drafting and reporting.
• Coordinate media events and influencer activities.
