Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across Southern California for High Voltage Solutions.

This remote, home-office-based role supports the Southern California territory with travel exceeding 50% and requires residence within the region to support customer visits. You will develop new business, expand strategic accounts, and own relationships with Solar Turbines, OEMs, and EPCs, selling medium/high voltage motors and drives across oil & gas, power generation, and

Qualifications

5+ years of sales, business development, account management experience in industrial equipment, motors, drives, or related industry.
Proven success growing strategic accounts and developing new business opportunities.
Experience selling technical products or engineered solutions to industrial customers.

Responsibilities

Drive bookings growth in Southern California; serve as the primary account manager for Solar Turbines and expand across sites, business units, and product platforms.
Sell High Voltage Solutions products to end users, OEMs, and EPCs.
Plan and execute territory and account strategy independently, including pricing exceptions and major pursuit decisions.
Develop and execute an annual account plan for Solar Turbines covering sites, units, and product platforms; review progress with management.
Build and maintain relationships across multiple levels of customer organizations; coordinate with engineering and factories for quotations.
