Job summary
TEKsystems seeks a Senior Engineer -- Generator Interconnection to evaluate new generation across the company footprint. You will perform and manage power system studies to determine reliable interconnections to the transmission system, while serving as a technical resource for interconnection customers, Transmission Owners, and neighboring RTOs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- At least 4 years of job-related experience.
- Experience with power system planning or operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and perform system impact studies for generator interconnection requests in the Generator Interconnection Queue.
- Review and evaluate projects proposed by Transmission Owners, providing technical recommendations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, communicating study results and requirements to customers, TOs, neighboring ISO/RTOs, and internal teams.
