Qualifications
- In-depth financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis required.
- Experience with joint ventures, private equity, and complex capital structures preferred.
- Experience with data centers, energy, or large-scale development projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support JV and investor management, including equity processes and distributions.
- Lead financial modelling, risk analyses, and covenant headroom assessments.
- Coordinate debt financing, terms, covenants, and security structures with Legal.
- Prepare board-level and investor reports with pragmatic financial insights.
- Oversee asset management activities and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
