Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to optimize the Maintenance Management within the RE&F department, ensuring 24x7 data center uptime.

You will lead preventive/corrective maintenance, manage long-term activities, and drive reliability improvements. The role requires extensive experience with CMMS, asset management, and PdM technologies, and offers a remote position with a monthly stipend for remote work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business Admin, Technology, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance and/or reliability experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, military or related environment.
• 5+ years data analysis experience in asset management and maintenance optimization.
• 5+ years working with enterprise asset management software suite or CMMS.
• Level 1 PdM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Function as SME for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance to reduce equipment failures.
• Maintain Scopes of Service and determine required intervals/tasks.
• Oversee inventory management and critical spare parts.
• Serve as project manager for long-term maintenance events.
• Develop and maintain maintenance training programs for internal technicians.
• Create and maintain audits and CMMS-based reports to improve efficiency.
