Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead a designated portfolio of data‑center assets and drive long‑term value creation. You will build asset‑level models, support financing initiatives, and collaborate across Development, Operations, and Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting.

You will leverage underwriting tools from Investments and Capital Markets, report on budgets and variances, and help optimize pricing, leasing, and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Seven+ years of finance/real‑estate experience with asset management and financing exposure.
• Proven track record with joint ventures and investor relations.
• Expertise in real‑estate operations, budgeting, reporting, and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own a designated portfolio of assets and provide asset‑level expertise.
• Maintain asset‑level models and financial tools to support decision‑making.
• Leverage underwriting models from Investments and Capital Markets.
• Liaise with Development, Operations, and Accounting to track spend and reporting.
• Partner with Property Development to report budgets and variances.
• Partner with Facility Management to report operating details and leasing pipeline.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Sales to manage churn and pricing strategies.
• Support reporting for banks and lenders and respond to ad‑hoc requests.
• Work with leadership for reporting requirements and asset‑level needs.
