Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and laws.
- Experience filing insurance products via SERFF is a plus.
- Knowledge of legal/compliance considerations is a plus.
- Strong research, analytical and reasoning abilities.
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Develop and draft contract forms for group life/health and related documents.
- Research laws/regulations and assess impact on forms.
- Determine modifications due to legislation requirements.
- Prepare and submit SERFF filings and negotiate approvals.
- Collaborate with internal teams on drafting, filing and compliance.
- Assist with other filing and compliance initiatives.
