NBCUniversal is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Technology PMO to lead a team of Engineering Project Managers and drive the successful delivery of complex initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and workplace tech.

The role emphasizes people leadership, governance, and executive stakeholder engagement with a strong focus on delivery excellence and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technology projects.
• 5+ years of formal people leadership experience with performance management.
• Experience across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, workplace and facilities tech.
• Budget management, forecasting, and capacity planning experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architectures and system integrations.
• Proficient with Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Engineering Project Managers.
• Manage performance, career development, and resource planning.
• Drive PMO governance, KPI adherence, and reporting excellence.
• Manage financial forecasting, capacity planning, and budget performance.
• Build alignment across stakeholders with executive communications.
• Lead large cross-functional engineering projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and exec communications.
• Partner with engineering leaders to deliver infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, workplace, facilities, and physical security initiatives.
• Apply technical acumen to understand architectures, integrations, dependencies, and constraints.
• Identify delivery risks and translate into business impacts.
• Manage vendor deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Champion continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Drive adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions to boost productivity.
