Job summary

WME seeks a Senior IT Program Manager to lead cross-functional technology programs and mature the IT PMO. You will partner with IT leadership to improve planning, governance, and delivery across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Workplace Technology from Beverly Hills, CA.

You will own program outcomes, drive milestones, coordinate across engineering and business teams, and report to the Sr. Director, Global TechOps & Strategy. This role emphasizes measurable impact and scalable practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field (PMP certification preferred).
7+ years of IT project management experience, focusing on infrastructure and enterprise tech.
Experience performing business analysis: requirements gathering and documentation.
Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate complex technology programs spanning Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Workplace Technology, and enterprise platforms.
Translate priorities into structured programs with milestones, workstreams, timelines, and metrics.
Coordinate planning and execution across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
Drive program planning: kickoff, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery reviews.
Own program outcomes and drive improvements in reliability, efficiency, and user experience.
