Job summary

OffSec is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to bridge product development and market success. You will align sales, product, and marketing teams on problems solved and articulate benefits to cybersecurity practitioners and enterprise buyers.

You will analyze win/loss data, craft compelling narratives for features, and serve as the customer voice across teams as we grow our remote-first organization.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in product marketing or related strategic marketing in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
• HubSpot is required for demand gen campaigns.
• Industry knowledge in cybersecurity, EdTech, or B2B SaaS is recommended.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and surface risks.
• Ability to read product usage data, campaign performance, and pipeline metrics.
• Ability to turn a technical feature list into a compelling narrative for sales and customers.

Responsibilities

• Positioning & Messaging: turn complex product capabilities into differentiated stories for target segments; develop GTM foundation.
• Sales Enablement: build battlecards, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and value propositions.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: conduct competitive analysis and market research; translate into insights.
• Go-to-Market & Launch Execution: collaborate with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen to manage GTM plans and launch readiness.
• Content & Demand Generation: craft blogs, guides, case studies, webinar briefs; set up campaigns to generate buzz and pipeline.
• Customer Advocacy: run interviews and win/loss analyses; reflect customer voice in strategy.
• Strategic Pricing: define pricing strategies considering willingness to pay and packaging.
• Partnerships & AR: leverage analyst relations and industry partnerships to expand reach.
