Job summary

Pall Corporation is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead product development and commercialization initiatives, with a focus on pilot deployments at customer sites to accelerate market adoption. The role reports to the Senior Director, Additive Manufacturing, within the Energy+ Business Unit.

The position is fully remote in the US, with a preference for candidates who can work on-site in Deland, FL or Cortland, NY. Travel up to 10% to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering or science preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience, including cross-functional, global teams.
• Track record of managing large-scale projects ($2M+).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of pilot and commercial deployments, planning, resources, and risk management to deliver projects on-time and within budget.
• Manage all phases of deployments: sales support, contract review, technical documentation (P&IDs, GAs, electrical/software), vendor coordination, FAT/SAT testing, and customer acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with government-funded project requirements including milestone tracking and reporting.
• Communicate project status, risks, and escalation points to leadership and stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project execution processes.
