Job summary

Pall Corporation is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead end-to-end pilot deployments, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery across NA and international sites.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Additive Manufacturing, within the Energy+ Business Unit, with remote work and a preference for on-site in Deland, FL or Cortland, NY. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of project/program management experience, preferably leading cross-functional, global teams.
• Proven success managing large-scale projects (e.g., $2M+, 2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of pilot and commercial deployments, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage all phases of pilot and commercial deployments: sales support, contract review, technical documentation, vendor coordination, FAT/SAT testing, and customer acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with government-funded project requirements, including milestone tracking and reporting.
• Communicate project status, risks, and escalation points to leadership and stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project execution processes.
