Job summary

Pall Corporation is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive continuous improvement across key value streams. You will lead Lean/DBS initiatives, perform data-driven root cause analysis, and collaborate across engineering, operations, purchasing, and CI teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.

The role emphasizes designing and optimizing production processes, methods, and controls, and developing manuals for equipment. Travel may be required for site projects.

Qualifications

• BS in manufacturing or related engineering field.
• Min 3 years in manufacturing engineering.
• Proficient in DFM, DFA, tolerance analysis.
• Strong background in quality with FMEA, DOE, failure analysis.
• Experience with complex manufacturing and CI methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for daily manufacturing operations.
• Lead Lean/DBS tool implementations via Kaizens.
• Research and implement tech solutions to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, supervision, purchasing, and CI teams.
• Develop and maintain production processes and manuals for equipment.
