Job summary

Pall Corporation is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for global pilot deployments and product development initiatives. This fully remote role prefers candidates who can work on‑site in Deland, FL or Cortland, NY, and reports to the Senior Director, Additive Manufacturing within the Energy+ Business Unit.

Required: Bachelor’s degree, PMP or equivalent, 5+ years in project management, and track record with large projects ($2M+). Up to 10% travel across North America and international locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of project/program management experience, preferably leading cross‑functional, global teams in a stage‑gate environment.
• Proven success managing large‑scale projects ($2M+).

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of pilot and commercial deployments, planning, resourcing, and risk management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage all phases of pilot and commercial deployments: sales support, contract review, technical documentation (P&IDs, GAs, electrical/software), vendor coordination, FAT/SAT testing, and customer acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with government‑funded project requirements, including milestone tracking and reporting.
• Communicate project status, risks, and escalation points to leadership and stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project execution processes.
